Shake Shack Inc. has appointed Jamie Griffin as Chief People Officer, effective immediately. Griffin will report to CEO Rob Lynch and will oversee team member experience, talent acquisition, and organizational design, among other areas. His role will focus on supporting Shake Shack's growth and developing a people-first culture as the company aims to expand to 1,500 locations. Griffin brings over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, previously holding senior positions at Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers.
