Venture Global, Eni Sign 20-Year LNG Deal

Eni (E) has agreed to buy 2 million tonnes per annum of liquefied natural gas from Venture Global's (VG) CP2 LNG project for 20 years, the companies said Wednesday.

This represents Eni's first long-term deal with a US LNG producer, the companies said.

Venture Global shares were up 2.2% in recent premarket activity, while Eni rose 0.9%.
