UGRO Capital (NSE:UGROCAP, BOM:511742) has appointed Shilpa Bhatter as the chief financial officer of the company with effect from Wednesday, according to a same-day filing to the Indian stock exchanges.

She takes over from Kishore Lodha, who resigned from the position effective Wednesday.
