- Nvidia NVDA.O said it will resume sales of its H20 artificial intelligence chip to China and has introduced a new model tailored to meet regulatory requirements in the Chinese market.

- Elon Musk said Tesla TSLA.O shareholders would vote on investing in xAI, the latest move by the billionaire entrepreneur to tap his own companies to help fund his artificial-intelligence startup.

- U.S. publisher McGraw Hill MH.N and consumer-intelligence provider NIQ Global Intelligence have unveiled terms of planned initial public offerings that could give each of the private equity-backed companies a multibillion-dollar market capitalization.

- Private-equity firms Bain Capital and Kohlberg are leading a new multibillion-dollar investment in PCI Pharma Services, a company that specializes in helping biopharma companies bring new drugs to market, executives at the firms said.

- Becton Dickinson's BDX.N plan to focus on medical technology advanced further after reaching a deal to divest its biosciences and diagnostic solutions business to Waters WAT.N for around $17.5 billion.
