Huo Yunfei resigned as Rainmed Medical's (HKG:2297) chief executive officer due to the internal management adjustment effective Tuesday, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Huo will remain as chairman of the vascular interventional surgical robot developer.

Gu Yang also stepped down as vice president and executive director effective the same day to pursue other commitments and devote more time to her family.

The firm, on the same day, named Zhu Zeke as its joint CEO and an executive director.

Zhu was previously the chairman of Beijing Ambrey Technology.
