Skyharbour Resources Ltd. has announced that its partner company, UraEx Resources Inc., has commenced a 2,600-metre diamond drilling program at the South Dufferin Uranium Project, situated just south of the Athabasca Basin in Saskatchewan. This marks the first drilling activity at the site in over six years. The program aims to explore the southern extension of the Dufferin Lake Fault, a structural corridor linked to Cameco's Centennial deposit. The drilling, managed by Apex Geoscience Ltd., will focus on high-potential target areas identified by historical geochemical anomalies and other geological indicators. With a budget of approximately CAD $1.5 million, the initiative is fully funded by UraEx. CEO Tom Meredith expressed optimism about the project's potential, highlighting its proximity to the well-explored and investment-rich Athabasca Basin.
