Longfor Group Holdings Ltd. has released unaudited operating statistics for the first half of 2025. The Group reported aggregated recurring income of approximately RMB13.27 billion, with operating income contributing approximately RMB7.01 billion. Service income was reported at approximately RMB6.26 billion. In terms of sales, the Group achieved aggregated contracted sales of RMB35.01 billion with a contracted sales area of 2,614,000 sqm by the end of June 2025. In June alone, total contracted sales were RMB6.46 billion, covering a sales area of 519,000 sqm. Contracted sales attributable to shareholders for June amounted to RMB4.64 billion with a sales area of 394,000 sqm. The regional breakdown of total contracted sales from January to June 2025 showed Western China leading with RMB9.83 billion, followed by Yangtze River Delta with RMB9.29 billion, Pan Bohai Rim with RMB8.22 billion, Southern China with RMB4.21 billion, and Central China with RMB3.46 billion.
