Zeekr Intelligent Technology Holding Limited, a leading premium new energy vehicle group, has announced a definitive merger agreement with Geely Automobile Holdings Limited and Keystone Mergersub Limited. Under the agreement, Keystone Mergersub, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Geely, will merge with Zeekr, making Zeekr a wholly-owned subsidiary of Geely. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2025 and will result in Zeekr becoming a privately held company, with its ADSs no longer listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including shareholder approvals.
