China's new home prices in first-tier cities declined 0.3% month over month in June, 0.1 of a percentage point wider than in May, according to a Tuesday filing with the National Bureau of Statistics.
Prices in Shenzhen fell 0.6%, and those in Guangzhou and Beijing fell 0.5% and 0.3%. Shanghai bucked the trend with a 0.4% rise.
New home prices in second- and third-tier cities fell 0.2% and 0.3%.
On an annual basis, new home prices in first-tier cities fell 1.4%, a decrease of 0.3 of a percentage point from May.
