Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. or ocbc bank appointed Tan Teck Long as its group chief executive officer, effective Jan. 1, 2026, according to a late Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the company were up under 1% in recent trading.

Long will succeed Helen Wong, who will be leaving the post, effective Dec. 31.
