China HK Power Smart Energy Group (HKG:0931) completed the issue of 43.7 million shares to professional equity investor, Zeng Guobin, to raise net proceeds of nearly HK$10.9 million, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The shares represent around 0.59% of the liquefied natural gas and smart energy company's enlarged issued share capital.

The firm will use proceeds from the issue for general working capital.
