PureTech Health (PRTC) said Wednesday it has named Robert Lyne as interim chief executive, effective immediately.

He succeeds Bharatt Chowrira, who has stepped down as chief executive and from the board, the company said.

Lyne joined PureTech as chief portfolio officer last year, the company said.
