New Zealand's Global Dairy Trade Price Index rose 1.1% to $4,380 per metric tonne (MT) as of Tuesday, data from the trading platform showed.
By category, skim milk powder rose 2.5%, while whole milk powder increased 1.7%.
In contrast, cheddar dropped 5.6%, while lactose and mozzarella declined 1.5% and 0.7%, respectively.
A total of 24,290 MT of products were sold during the auction held Tuesday, within the supply range of 22,781 MT to 28,705 MT.
