1543 ET - Wendy's is taking its burgers to Italy and Armenia in its push to expand internationally. The fast food chain said it's adding up to 190 new restaurants in the two countries, with a broader goal of reaching 2,000 international restaurants by 2028. The move comes after the company said in May that it expects 2025 sales to be flat with last year's total at best. Morgan Stanley cut Wendy's price target to $11 from $13 on Monday. Despite the company's international expansion announcement, shares fall 3.2% at $10.56. (natalie.weger@wsj.com, @NatalieWeger)
