Data centre NTT DC REIT opens flat in debut after Singapore's biggest IPO in 4 years

SINGAPORE, July 14 (Reuters) - Singapore's NTT DC REIT NTTD.SI, a data centre real estate investment trust, had a lackustre market debut on Monday after raising $773 million in the city-state's biggest IPO in four years.

NTT DC REIT shares opened at $1.02 on the Singapore Exchange, versus their $1.00 per unit offer price. The benchmark stock index .STI was up 0.4% as at 0603 GMT.
