OCI International (HKG:0329) is looking to raise around HK$84 million via the sale of shares, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Friday.
Shares of the investment firm rose over 33% in afternoon trade Monday.
The company hired KGI Asia to seek investors for 299,949,984 shares priced at HK$0.28 each. The shares represent 20% of the company's existing share capital.
Funds raised will mainly be used for investment purposes, OCI International said.
