This facility will act as a satellite location for the Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Chattanooga. It aims to assist patients recovering from severe illnesses and injuries such as strokes, neurological and brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and complex orthopedic conditions. The hospital will provide 24-hour nursing care alongside physical, occupational, and speech therapies, administered by specialized healthcare professionals. The facility will feature private rooms, a therapy gym equipped with advanced rehabilitation technologies, and various amenities to support patient recovery. The hospital is anticipated to open in 2026, expanding Encompass Health's network of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals nationwide.
