Shenergy's (SHA:600642) total power generation fell 1.7% to about 26 billion kilowatt-hours in the first half, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.

Coal-fired power generation fell 6.8% to 17.87 billion kWh, while natural gas power generation grew 3.5% to 3.132 billion kWh.

Wind power generation increased nearly 20% to 3.30 billion kWh, and photovoltaic and distributed power generation rose 13% to 1.65 billion kWh.

Total on-grid power generation was at 25 billion kWh, the filing said.
