BRC (BRCC) said late Wednesday it has launched an underwritten public offering of class A common stock.
The beverage company plans to offer the underwriter a 30-day overallotment option to buy up to an additional 15% of shares sold in the public offering.
The proposed offering depends on market and other factors, and there is no guarantee it will be completed or finalized with the expected size or terms, the company said.
