Zenith Minerals (ASX:ZNC) obtained Turkish regulatory approval for the share transfer of its 20% equity interest in the Kavaklitepe project to Gübretaş Maden Yatırımları for $543,000, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

The approval meets the final condition in the share transfer agreement, and completion of the transaction is expected shortly, the filing said.
