Amara Holdings (SGX:A34) will be delisted from the official list of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading, effective July 21, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.

This comes after DRC Investments made a voluntary conditional general offer for the entire issued shares of the company at SG$0.895 per share in cash.
