Cboe Global Markets Inc. has announced new compensation terms for two of its executives, Chris Isaacson and Patrick Sexton, in light of their expanded global leadership roles. The company's Board of Directors and Compensation Committee have approved an increase in Mr. Isaacson's annual equity incentive award to a target value of $2,625,000, which includes special awards to be granted on July 15, 2025. These awards will be split between restricted stock units (RSUs) and performance share units contingent on specific performance goals. Similarly, Mr. Sexton's annual equity incentive award has been increased to a target value of $1,310,000, with a similar structure of RSUs and performance share units set for future vesting. Both executives' awards are contingent upon their continuous employment with the company through the respective vesting periods.
