LQR House (YHC) said Thursday it plans to invest in Bitmain mining rigs for deployment at Polaris Capital's Texas bitcoin farms. The company did not disclose the scale of the planned investment.

Shares of LQR sank about 40% following an increase in intraday trading volume to over 8.46 million from a daily average of more than 3.17 million.

GameSquare (GAME) said Thursday it priced a $70 million offering of about 46.7 million shares at $1.50 apiece and plans to use most of the proceeds to "significantly increase" its Ethereum position.

Shares slumped past 29%, with intraday trading volume surging to over 64.1 million from a daily average of about 4.82 million.

reAlpha Tech (AIRE) priced a $2 million public offering at $0.15 per share - including Series A-1 and A-2 warrants - as the AI-driven real estate firm looks to bolster working capital and expand crypto investments.
