Power Root (KLSE:PWROOT) is seeking its shareholders' approval to renew share buyback authority in the company's upcoming annual general meeting, according to a Friday bourse disclosure.
The beverage manufacturer will also seek renewal of its authorization to conduct revenue-generating transactions at its upcoming meeting.
Power Root will share a statement containing details of the repurchase plan with shareholders in due time, it said.
