Majestic Ideal Holdings (MJID) said late Thursday it priced its initial public offering of 2.5 million ordinary shares at $6 each.
IPO underwriters have a 45-day overallotment option to purchase up to 375,000 additional shares.
The supply chain management services provider said it will use the net proceeds to fund business activities and working capital requirements.
Majestic expects its shares to debut on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker MJID Friday. The IPO is expected to close Monday.
