Vertiv (VRT) said Thursday that it has agreed to acquire the Great Lakes Data Racks & Cabinets family of companies for $200 million.

The deal is slated to be completed in Q3.

Vertiv said the acquisition will increase its capacity to deliver pre-engineered, future AI-ready rack solutions optimized for AI computing markets.
