For the entire second quarter of 2025, catastrophe losses totaled $1.99 billion, or $1.57 billion after-tax. In terms of policy numbers, as of June 30, 2025, Allstate Protection had 25,243 auto policies in force, marking a 0.1% increase from May 31, 2025, and a 0.5% increase from June 30, 2024. Homeowners policies numbered 7,596, reflecting a 0.1% rise from the previous month and a 2.3% rise year-over-year. Other personal lines policies remained stable from May 2025 but increased by 0.3% compared to June 2024. However, commercial lines saw a decline, with 176 policies in force as of June 2025, down 2.2% from May 2025 and 31.3% from June 2024. Overall, total policies in force reached 37,900, a slight 0.1% increase from May 2025, and a 0.6% gain from the previous year.
