Datang International Power Logs Over 1% Boost in H1 Output

Datang International Power Generation (HKG:0991, SHA:60199) recorded a 1.3% rise in on-grid power generation to around 124 billion kilowatt-hours in the first half of 2025, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Of the total, coal-fired and gas turbine output fell 1.7% and 8.4% year over year to 87.4 billion kilowatt-hours and 8.4 billion kilowatt-hours, respectively.

Hydropower, wind power, and photovoltaic power generation, on the other hand, rose 1.6%, 31%, and 36%, respectively, to 13.4 billion kilowatt-hours, 11.2 billion kilowatt-hours, and 3.6 billion kilowatt-hours.

The Chinese electric services provider's average on-grid tariff as of June 30 stood at 444.48 yuan per megawatt-hour, down nearly 4% from a year prior.
