Shanyu Group Holdings Co. Ltd. is scheduled to hold its Annual General Meeting on Friday, 15 August 2025, at China Building, Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong. During the meeting, shareholders will vote on several key resolutions, including the adoption of audited consolidated financial statements and the reports of the directors and independent auditor for the year ended 31 March 2025. The re-election of Mr. Sun Lihua, Mr. Yeung Shing Wai, and Ms. Wong Ming Kwan Victoria as executive directors, along with Mr. Choi Pun Lap and Ms. Ip Sin Nam as independent non-executive directors, will also be considered.
