Sunac Services Holdings Ltd. has announced an update regarding its disposal of equity interest in a target company. Initially, the transaction was set to be completed by 15 July 2025. However, due to the need for additional time, the parties involved have entered into a supplemental agreement to extend the completion date to 31 August 2025. Consequently, the deadline for reaching a new completion date has also been extended from 18 July 2025 to 3 September 2025. All other terms of the original agreement remain unchanged. The company confirmed that the supplemental agreement was reached following arm's length negotiations and is considered fair and reasonable.
