Blend Labs (BLND) and Doma Technology said Wednesday they expanded their collaboration to bring Doma's artificial intelligence-powered Upfront Title product to more lenders using Blend's mortgage and rapid home lending platforms.

The integration enables lenders to deliver instant title decisions within the borrower application flow, creating an end-to-end digital title and closing process that is expected to improve the borrower experience.

Doma's Upfront Title configuration can help lenders apply title insurance rates that save borrowers up to 70% compared with traditional rates.

Broader enhancements to the integration are planned for the second half of 2025, expanding its functionality and value, according to the companies.

Shares of Blend Labs were up nearly 1% in recent trading.
