The High Court of Singapore has fixed the hearing date for the application of a scheme meeting for the acquisition of Procurri (SGX:BVQ) for July 23, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Procurri shares were up over 3% in recent trading.

The scheme requires to be approved by shareholders at a scheme meeting.

This comes after Exeo Global Asset made an offer to acquire the company's remaining shares at SG$0.32 apiece.
