July 17 (Reuters) - A unit of India's Adani Enterprises ADEL.NS will exit AWL Agri Business, its joint venture with Singapore's Wilmar WLIL.SI, for 108.74 billion rupees ($1.27 billion), the conglomerate said on Thursday.
