Airman Corp (TY:6364) set the disposal price for 31,157 treasury shares at 2,067 yen each, totaling 64.4 million yen, as part of its restricted stock compensation for directors and executive officers, according to a Friday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The shares will be granted in exchange for monetary claims.
The price was set using the higher of the Tokyo Stock Exchange closing prices on July 10 and July 17 to avoid arbitrariness and protect shareholder interests, the company said.
