On July 10, 2025, the company dismissed Weaver and Tidwell, L.L.P., whose reports on TSS's financial statements for 2023 and 2024 were unmodified and without adverse opinions. The change follows the disclosure of a material weakness in TSS's internal controls over financial reporting, specifically related to the ineffective design of certain management review controls. This issue was highlighted in the company's Annual Report on Form 10-K filed earlier in the year. TSS has since engaged BDO USA, P.C. as its new accounting firm, effective July 15, 2025, for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. No consultations with BDO occurred regarding accounting principles or auditing issues prior to their engagement.
