Mensch und Maschine Software SE (MUM), a specialist in CAD/CAM/BIM, reported its second strongest half-year results in the company's history for H1 2025, with significant impacts from a new Autodesk model. The company achieved an EBIT margin increase from 15.9% to 22.1%. Sales amounted to EUR 120.87 million, down 31% from the previous year's EUR 175.97 million. Net profit decreased by 6.6%, totaling EUR 17.50 million compared to EUR 18.73 million in the previous year. Earnings per share were reported at 105 cents, down from 111 cents in the previous year. Operating cash flow was EUR 14.69 million, a decrease from the previous year's EUR 31.39 million, aligning with expectations due to technical counter-effects expected to last until the end of 2026. The company has reaffirmed its earnings targets for 2025 and 2026, projecting a 5-7% increase in gross profit and a 9-19% increase in EPS and EBIT for 2025. For 2026, MUM anticipates stronger growth with an 8-12% rise in gross profit and a 13-25% increase in EPS and EBIT. The company plans to increase dividends to 205-215 cents in 2025, up from 185 cents in the previous year, and foresees an additional increase of 25-40 cents in 2026.
