Booz Allen Hamilton has secured a $315 million contract to develop the Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) Distributed Battle Management Node (DBMN) Phase II Tactical Operations Center-Light (TOC-L) prototype for the U.S. Air Force. The contract, which spans a maximum of five years, aims to enhance command and control capabilities for the Department of the Air Force Program Executive Office for Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (DAF PEO C3BM). Booz Allen is collaborating with L3Harris Technologies on this rapid prototyping initiative to support Combined Joint All-Domain Command and Control (CJADC2). The project will leverage Booz Allen's tech facilities in North Charleston, South Carolina, and Panama City Beach, Florida, to expedite development and deployment.
