OUEREIT’s distribution per unit or DPU for the first half of the year was up 5.4% to SG$0.0098 from SG$0.0093 a year earlier, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Amount available for distribution was up 11% to SG$54.3 million from SG$48.8 million a year earlier.

Net property income declined 10% to SG$105.3 million from SG$117.1 million.

Revenue declined 11% year over year to SG$131.1 million from SG$146.7 million, mainly due to lower contributions from the hospitality segment.
