General Capital (NZE:GEN) said that Equifax Australasia Credit Rating reaffirmed the financial strength rating of its wholly owned subsidiary, General Finance, at "BB" with a stable outlook, according to a Monday filing with the New Zealand bourse.
The rating reflects the subsidiary's growth, solid earnings, and strong capital and funding, the filing said.
General Capital's shares were down almost 2% in recent Monday trade.
