MRP Agro's (BOM:543262) net profit jumped to 15.2 million Indian rupees in the fiscal first quarter from 10 million rupees a year ago, according to an Indian bourse filing on Tuesday.
Earnings per share during the quarter ended June 30 climbed to 1.37 rupees from 1 rupee a year earlier.
The agricultural products company's revenue from operations jumped year on year to 211 million rupees from 174.6 million rupees, the filing said.
