Dynagreen Environmental Protection Group (SHA:601330, HKG:1330) reduced the conversion price of certain convertible bonds to 9.15 yuan per share from 9.35 yuan apiece, respectively, effective July 30, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The reduction came about due to the implementation of an equity distribution by the Chinese waste incinerator for the year 2024.
