FTI Consulting (FCN) reported Q2 earnings Thursday of $2.13 per diluted share, down from $2.34 a year earlier.
One analyst polled by FactSet expected GAAP earnings per share of $1.68.
Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $943.7 million, compared with $949.2 million a year earlier.
Three analysts polled by FactSet expected $912.2 million.
The company said it expects 2025 earnings of $7.24 and $7.84 on revenue of $3.66 billion to $3.76 billion. Three analysts polled by FactSet expect $7.38 on revenue of $3.67 billion.
Shares of FTI Consulting were up nearly 3% in recent premarket activity Thursday.
