Althea Group Holdings (ASX:AGH) said that Chief Executive Officer and Director Joshua Fegan has resigned from both his positions effective immediately, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The board has appointed Barry Katzman as interim CEO, with Fegan remaining available to support the company during the transition period, the filing added.
The Board will decide on permanent arrangements in due course, the filing added.
The company's shares slipped almost 7% on market close.
