Globalstar Inc. has announced a major expansion of its infrastructure with the construction of new ground station facilities in Canada. The expansion is part of a global effort to enhance its third-generation C-3 mobile satellite services. Construction has begun at the High River site in Alberta and the Smiths Falls site in Ontario, where three new tracking antennas will be added to each facility. This investment is part of a broader strategy to deploy over 90 additional tracking antennas worldwide, aiming to bolster Globalstar's next-generation mobile satellite solutions across North America and beyond.
