OceanPal (OP) shares sank 60% amid heavy trading intraday after the shipping company priced an upsized public offering of nearly 11 million units at $1.64 per unit.

More than 53.4 million shares of OceanPal traded intraday compared with a daily average of about 4.4 million.

Aether (ATHR) said it commenced an underwritten public offering of units, for expected gross proceeds of $40 million.

Shares slid 31%, with intraday trading volume at over 150,000 versus the stock's daily average of about 53,000.
