Lum Chang Creations (SGX:LCC) a unit of Lum Chang (SGX:L19), successfully completed its listing on the Catalist Board of Singapore Exchange, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Following the completion of the proposed spin-off and listing, Lum Chang retains a 71.1% stake in the company.
