Inflection Resources Ltd. has announced the completion of its acquisition of a 100% interest in a portfolio of copper-gold projects located in the Northern Territory and New South Wales, Australia. These projects were acquired from subsidiaries of Newmont Corporation. The acquisition follows an agreement announced on June 16, 2025, which involves certain milestone payments, royalties, and the issuance of 1,250,000 Inflection common shares to a Newmont affiliate. The announcement was made by Alistair Waddell, President and CEO of Inflection Resources.
