Steico SE has announced its half-year results for 2025, reporting a 4.4% increase in revenue to €199.1 million compared to €190.8 million in the same period of the previous year. The company recorded an EBIT of €21.2 million, which marks a 34.0% decrease from the previous year's €32.0 million. This decline in EBIT is attributed to a reduction in positive effects from currency hedging, which decreased from €19.8 million in the previous year to €5.1 million in H1 2025. The EBITDA margin decreased from 23.7% in H1 2024 to 18.2% in H1 2025, while the EBIT margin also fell from 16.5% to 10.4%. The equity ratio slightly declined to 57.6% from 57.8% at the end of 2024. Looking ahead, Steico SE's management has confirmed its forecast for the full year 2025, expecting revenue growth between 3% to 6% compared to the previous year, translating to approximately €388 million to €399 million. The operating profit $(EBIT)$ is anticipated to range between €29 million and €35 million.
