Evolv Technologies Holdings, Inc., a leader in AI-based security technology, has announced the renewal of its Evolv Express® subscription agreement with Major League Soccer's Columbus Crew. This renewal covers all entrances to Lower.com Field, the Crew's home venue, using ten Express systems. Originally implemented in early 2021, the system is designed to use advanced sensor technology and AI to efficiently detect concealed threats without disrupting the natural flow of visitors. The Columbus Crew was one of Evolv's initial professional sports customers, and the continued partnership reflects Evolv's growing presence in the sports industry. The system has been used to screen over 2.1 million guests at Lower.com Field, which hosts a variety of major events including soccer matches and other entertainment activities. Brandon Covert, Vice President of Information Technology for Haslam Sports Group, praised Evolv for consistently delivering secure and efficient entry screening solutions since the stadium's opening.
