74Software SA has reported its financial results for the first half of 2025, showing a solid performance with a revenue of €344.0 million, marking a 6.5% organic increase and a total growth of 6.2% compared to the previous period. The company's brands, Axway and SBS, demonstrated strong growth, with revenues rising by 8.9% to €160.8 million and 5.0% to €184.2 million, respectively. The operating profit for this period was €19.5 million, a significant improvement from the €2.6 million reported on a proforma basis in the first half of 2024. Net profit reached €5.8 million, a notable turnaround from the €15.6 million loss recorded on a proforma basis in the prior year. Earnings per share stood at €0.20, compared to a loss of €0.54 per share in the same period of the previous year. The company has made significant progress in its deleveraging efforts. Looking ahead, 74Software maintains its ambition to exceed €750 million in revenue by 2027 with an operating margin above 17%, and aims to reach around 20% by 2028 as part of its growth trajectory.
